As I researched the city of Miami Beach, I thought I was only going to find information on the beaches in Miami, but I was wrong. I conducted my research and found out so much more information and interesting facts that I did not even know about. In fact, I realized that Miami Beach is not only the beach it is a home to many other populations and that there are not many schools in the area. However, I thought that I needed more details and information on this beautiful city, so I got together with a student on this campus who happened to live there for ten years of his life and I asked him a couple of questions of the city. I started off the interview with basic questions and he answered all of them, then I asked him if he thought that Miami Beach is really the Jewish’s community second home and he said that pretty much all Miami was home to them, because there is a large population of them everywhere, including Boca Raton. Also, I asked him if there was any real poverty in the city and he said that there probably was, but that it was not as visible as in other places in Florida. Then, I asked about hurricane season and how bad does the city actually get during it and he said that we have not had any bad hurricane seasons lately, but when there have been that they need to leave the city to somewhere else, because it does get a little bad. In addition, I asked if he would suggest Miami Beach as the best vacation spot in Miami to all the tourists who want to come to Florida and he said he would, because there are a lot of entertainment spots where they can go in the area. Last but not least, I asked him if he would ever move to another city in Florida and he said he would not, because he really likes the beach. As a result, I agree with him, because when you live in Miami, Florida you are raised in the beach environment, so then again who doesn’t like the beach?
